Wild Mind Advanced. Nature-based, experience-oriented retreat.
03.07. — 07.07.2026 12:00— 13:30 Spiritual Practice Center Stacija, Lūžņa village, Ventspils region, LatviaAre there patterns, habits, or protective strategies running your life that you sense are holding you back from showing up fully in the world?
This 5-day advanced program invites you — with loving and courageous intention — to go deeper into your psyche’s inner wilderness and work with the Nature-Based Map of the Human Psyche, developed by Bill Plotkin.
Designed for those who have previously participated in a Wild Mind Intensive, this immersion offers a space to explore your inner terrain with greater honesty, compassion, and authenticity. It is an opportunity to expand your capacity for presence, vitality, and soulful living.
As we grow into more soulful and whole human beings, we naturally encounter the parts of ourselves that remain wounded, afraid, or protective. The more resources we cultivate, the greater the inner risks we are ready to take — and the stronger the response from the parts that still want to keep us safe and small.
In this program, you will:
• Deepen your understanding of your protective subpersonalities — the inner parts that once helped you adapt but now limit your full expression.
• Discover their gifts and learn to integrate them with compassion and curiosity rather than resistance or suppression.
• Cultivate relationships between your Self and your subpersonalities, allowing for real healing, alignment, and inner cooperation.
• Explore the four facets of wholeness and how they support your journey toward authenticity, soul, and belonging.
• Experience human community held in honesty, accountability, and empathy — a field for transformation and grounded love.
We will work experientially through:
• solo time in nature and land-based wanderings,
• movement and creative expression,
• group dialogue and voice work,
• journaling, dream and imagery practices,
• simple ceremony and ritual.
All to help you reclaim your innate wholeness, restore vitality, and embody the deeper Self that knows how to belong — to yourself, to the Earth, and to the unfolding story of your life.
